      Organisation Notice: Otolo Mentoring Programme Terms and Conditions. Mentoring relationship - By taking part in the Otolo mentoring programme, you commit to your own growth and self-development. As a mentee, you agree to: Being responsible for scheduling regular mentoring sessions with your mentor. Attending scheduled sessions and, if you are unable to attend, inform the mentor at least 24h in advance in writing. Being engaged with the process and being respectful of your mentor’s time. Being punctual and preparing for your session to make the best use of this opportunity. As a mentor, you agree to: Being invested in your own development as a mentor and your skills in mentoring others. Ensure you and your mentees agree on clear objectives for the mentoring relationship. Engage in a mentoring relationship with your mentee for a minimum of 6 months. Matching - You will be matched as soon as possible with a suitable mentor / mentee based on the mentoring preferences you selected as part of the sign-up process. Communication / Confidentiality - By taking part in this mentoring programme as a mentor/mentee, you agree: To treat all information exchanged as part of the mentoring relationship to be confidential unless the release of information is required by law. To receive regular communication from Otolo (by email, phone calls and text/WhatsApp message). To respond in a timely manner to communication by Otolo and / or your mentor/mentee. To complete any feedback and evaluation surveys as required by Otolo as it helps Otolo to monitor and evaluate the programme. For the results of any completed surveys to be shared with the company you work with. For your contact details to be shared with the mentees/mentors you will be matched with. Safeguarding - By taking part in this mentoring programme, you agree to setting, respecting, and maintaining clear, appropriate, and culturally sensitive boundaries that govern all physical and virtual interactions. As an Otolo mentor, you offer mentoring on professional and career areas, you are not offering any consulting and guidance beyond these areas. You agree to operate within the limit of your professional competence and to signpost your mentee to appropriate professionals and/or associations if necessary. Otolo reserves the right to be contacted by mentors/mentees should there be reasonable concern related to safety and/ or safeguarding. Liability - As an Otolo mentee, you are not at any time obliged to act on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by the mentor as part of the mentoring programme, but if you do so, it is at your own risk. You are advised to take independent financial, legal or other appropriate professional (if relevant) before acting on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by your mentor. Otolo is not liable to the mentor, mentee or to any third party for any loss, damage, costs or liabilities suffered as a result of the services provided, the existence of the relationships between the mentor and mentee, or the act or omissions of the mentor or mentee. Complaints - In case of any difficulties and or complaints, the Otolo Delivery team should be contacted on courses@myotolo.com.
